Help Shape a Safer Digital Future
CyberSafeKids is one of Ireland's leading advocates for online safety, digital literacy, and digital wellbeing.
As conversations around social media, AI, online harms, and children's wellbeing continue to grow, CyberSafeKids is playing an increasingly important role in education, awareness, research, and advocacy. CyberSafeKids is a registered charity, adhering to the Charities Governance Code.
We are seeking new Non-Executive Directors to support the next phase of our development and help deliver our ambitious strategy.

- Fulfil the duties and responsibilities of a Charity Trustee and contribute to good governance and oversight.
- Be expected to act on a fully informed basis, in good faith, with due diligence and care, and in the best interest of CyberSafeKids.
- Help shape the strategic direction of a respected and growing organisation.
- Contribute to a mission that positively impacts children and young people across Ireland.
- Support and challenge the executive team constructively.
- Act as an ambassador for CyberSafeKids.
- Use your expertise and networks to help maximise our impact.
Skills & Experience Sought
We are particularly interested in hearing from individuals with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Public Affairs, Advocacy or Government Relations
- Institutional Funding and Fundraising, particularly individuals with networks across government, philanthropy, corporate, media or education sectors
- Research, Data, or Public Policy
- Educational Policy
Our Strategic Priorities
Board members will support the delivery of our strategy focused on:

- Organisational Resilience
Time Commitment
- Six Board meetings per year. Approximately four online meetings and two in-person meetings.
- Participation in a Board sub-committee. Approximately five sub-committee meetings per year
