Marketing Director (Volunteer based)

The marketing director develops and implements the overarching marketing strategy for Nature Network Ireland.

Guiding the marketing team, including website management and social media platforms.

Working closely with the Communications director,  helping with the company's strategic direction and brand.  Working with the marketing team on campaigns and website content. 

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: 

Developing and advising on the strategic plan to meet company goals, which involves setting brand positioning and defining the marketing vision.

 Market Research & Analysis: 

Helping and working with the team to conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, and analysing data to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies. 

Team Leadership: 

Leading and mentoring the marketing team, fostering creativity and a positive team culture, and ensuring efficient collaboration. 

Campaign Management: 

Overseeing the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. 

Brand Management: 

Ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.

• Analytical Thinking: To interpret market data, analyse campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions. 
• Creativity: To conceptualise innovative and impactful marketing campaigns. 
• Strategic Thinking: To develop long-term marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities. 
• Communication Skills: To articulate the company's vision, work with cross-functional teams, and engage with stakeholders

Hours are on average 5 hours a week. Commitment 2 years. This involves strategic planning, direction and leading a small team.
