Financial governance

As a newly established CLG, we are currently strengthening our organisational structure and developing a Voluntary Advisory Committee to provide additional knowledge, experience and guidance as the organisation grows.

We are particularly hoping to connect with an accountant, or someone with strong knowledge and experience in financial governance within the not-for-profit/charity sector, who may be interested in joining our Advisory Committee on a voluntary basis.

It is hoped that the Advisory Committee will meet virtually approximately once a month. The individual would provide guidance and insight around areas such as financial governance, good practice, accountability and helping us ensure that Empowering Abilities develops strong and sustainable financial structures from the beginning.
