Finance Trustee

Comply with Well Ireland's governing documents and relevant legislation.

Ensure the Charity operates in accordance with its charitable purpose and for the public benefit.

Act honestly, in good faith and in the best interests of the Charity.

Exercise reasonable care, skill and diligence in carrying out their duties.

Ensure the Charity's assets and resources are managed responsibly and used effectively to further its charitable objectives.

Contribute to the effective governance, strategic direction and long-term financial sustainability of the organisation.

Review relevant papers in advance of meetings, contribute actively to discussions and provide financial guidance and support to the Board and the Audit & Risk committee as required.

Note: Board meetings are held 4 times per year, attendance online or in person.
