About Taysey Leadership Network

Taysey Leadership Network (TLN) is an Ireland-registered, mission-led organisation committed to empowering minoritised communities through leadership development, education, advocacy, and strategic partnerships.

TLN delivers conferences, leadership programmes, youth initiatives, and policy-focused engagements across Ireland and internationally, including the UK and the United States.

TLN is governed by a Board of Directors operating under the Companies Act 2014.

Board meetings are held on a hybrid basis.

The Role

TLN is seeking a Director with experience in education, leadership development, community programmes, or social impact to support oversight of programme quality and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review impact and outcomes at Board level

• Advise on programme effectiveness and learning

• Ensure alignment with mission and values

• Support continuous improvement

Skills and Experience

• Background in education, leadership, social impact, or programme delivery

• Experience with outcomes, evaluation, or impact frameworks

Time Commitment

• Four Board meetings per year (hybrid)

• Occasional committee engagement

Board Meetings & Practical Information

• Board meetings are held quarterly

• Meetings are hybrid (mix of in-person and virtual)

• Directors may be based in Ireland or internationally

• International participation is welcomed, with time-zone considerations
