Director with Legal Experience

Board member with Legal Background:
We are seeking someone with a background or experience in law (e.g. legal
practice, compliance, governance, employment law, child protection, or related
areas). The legal member will provide strategic guidance, ensuring the organisation
adheres to best practices in corporate governance, legal compliance and risk
management.
Role overview
 Provide guidance on legal and governance matters.
 Support the board in meeting its statutory and regulatory obligations.
 Contribute to policy review and risk management.
 Act in the best interest of Clare Haven Services and its service users.
