About Taysey Leadership Network

Taysey Leadership Network (TLN) is an Ireland-registered, mission-led organisation committed to empowering minoritised communities through leadership development, education, advocacy, and strategic partnerships.

TLN delivers conferences, leadership programmes, youth initiatives, and policy-focused engagements across Ireland and internationally, including the UK and the United States.

TLN is governed by a Board of Directors operating under the Companies Act 2014.

Board meetings are held on a hybrid basis.

The Role

TLN is seeking a Director to support Board-level oversight of fundraising strategy and partnerships, particularly corporate and institutional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of fundraising and partnerships

• Support ethical funding and values alignment

• Advise on growth of strategic relationships

• Open doors and provide insight where appropriate

Skills and Experience

• Experience in fundraising, partnerships, or business development

• Strong networks in corporate, philanthropic, or institutional spaces

• Strategic rather than operational mindset

Time Commitment

• Four Board meetings per year (hybrid)

• Occasional committee engagement

Board Meetings & Practical Information

• Board meetings are held quarterly

• Meetings are hybrid (mix of in-person and virtual)

• Directors may be based in Ireland or internationally

• International participation is welcomed, with time-zone considerations
