Chair

The Bright Programme is a trauma-informed therapeutic service based in Trinity Comprehensive, supporting the emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing of students and staff. We work to build a safe, inclusive, relational school culture where every student can reach their full potential.

We are now seeking a passionate, values-driven Chair of the Board to lead our governance, strengthen our strategic direction, and champion the programme into its next phase of growth and impact.

The Chair will guide the Board in delivering the 2025–2028 Strategic Plan, ensuring strong governance, reflective leadership, and alignment with Bright’s mission and values of empathy, inclusivity, courageous engagement, collaboration and accountability.
