Board Vacancy

We have a vacancy on our Board for someone with a good knowledge of the community and voluntary sector. Experience of board membership would be an advantage.

The NYP is funded by the HSE/Tulsa and Pobal and is a community based organisation providing support to 8-14 year olds and their families. Our premises on the Shelerin Road comprises of two large buildings beautiful mature gardens and a playground. A community crèche forms part of the holistic service offered by the NYP. We hold 8 board meetings per annum with a mix of in person and zoom meetings.  We have a number of subcommittees including HR and staffing, Finance, Governance and Health & safety.

Dates of meetings for early 2026 are as follows:

• Thursday, January 29th @ 4.15pm -Zoom
• Wednesday, February 25th @ 1.30pm- in person
• Tuesday, April 21st @ 4.15pm-Zoom

Membership on the board would be a rewarding and interesting opportunity for an individual who wants to work with a long established organisation working for the last 33 years in the Dublin 15 area.
