Praxis Housing Association CLG (PHA) is seeking committed and skilled individuals to join its Board and help shape the future of inclusive housing across Ireland.

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from individuals with knowledge or experience in:
- Housing or property
- Organisational leadership or management
- Financial management
- Governance (particularly within approved housing bodies)
- Voluntary or community sector governance
What You’ll Do
As a Board Member, you will:
- Provide strategic oversight and ensure strong governance
- Participate in quarterly (remote) Board meetings
- Review key documents and stay informed on housing sector developments
- Contribute to decision-making and organisational direction
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and ensure compliance
- Help shape strategy, risk management, and performance oversight
You will also fulfil your duties as a Company Director and Charity Trustee of an Approved Housing Body in line with relevant legislation.
Commitment
- Quarterly Board meetings (held remotely)
- Preparation and review of Board papers
- Occasional training sessions
Board members are appointed for an initial 3-year term, renewable up to two further terms.
