Dress for Success supports women in three ways: 1) By connecting with employment opportunities through support and guidance on the job market in Ireland today 2) By preparing for the selection process with CV preparation, interview coaching and support in styling and 3) By propelling our clients into future economic independence with tailored workshops and training. These services are designed to support women on their journey to economic independence by securing a career.

In 2018 we supported 709 women (compared to 406 in 2017) and we will extend that to a further 41 women in 2019, making a total of 750, a 6% increase from last year.    Our pipeline of candidates sees a broad spectrum of women from individuals who proactively contact Dress For Success for support, to women in receipt of specialist supports from referral agencies such as Ruhama, Employability and the Irish Refugee Council.
