Role Summary

As a trustee with operations management expertise, you will contribute to the effective governance and strategic development of Rape Crisis Midwest. Your skills in operational planning, process improvement, and organizational leadership will help ensure that the charity runs efficiently and effectively, enabling it to fulfill its mission of supporting survivors of sexual violence.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in operations management, organizational development, or a similar leadership role.
• Knowledge of process improvement, resource management, and organizational planning.
• Familiarity with compliance and risk management within non-profits or similar sectors.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical, actionable solutions.
• A commitment to supporting survivors of sexual violence and an understanding of the charity sector.
