Trustee with Finance Background

The role as Trustee of My Project involves participation as  a member of a board of this not for profit Charity.  The candidate should ideally have prior experience in finance and general business expertise.  In addition as we work towards achieving compliance with the Charity Code of Governance the trustee would be required to contribute to achieving this goal.

  • Financial management
  • Financial experience and business planning skills
  • Strategic planning expertise
  • A willingness to be available to give financial advice and answer enquiries from the project manager on an ad hoc basis.
  • Ability to contribute to the implementation of the Code of Governance for Charities
  • Participate in setting the Risk Policy/appetite for the Charity
  • Availability to attend 6 board meetings annually
