TIRC want to add a person with financial knowledge/ background to their Board as this is an identified gap. The Treasurer would oversee the financial side of TIRC and form part of the Finance subcommittee which meets before the Board meet and make a report to it. The person would work closely with our finance administrator and co-ordinator. Analysising TIRC's risk would also be part of this, and setting out budgest for the work plans.
