HR Project/Sub-Committee Member
We are seeking to be assisted by a HR professional who can help us to develop and compile key HR Policy Componets (and compile into an employee manual) such as:
Employment & Compliance, Anti-Harassment & Equity, Compensation & Benefits, Code of Ethics & Conduct, Performance & Disipline, Safety & Remote Work, Volunteer Management
We wish these policies to develop best practice in the following areas: Reduce Burnout, Ensure Transparency, Regular Updates (Annual Policies Review).
Ideally we require the individual to commit for 6 months approx and work with, at least one or two members of our Board of Management or/and another individual who doesn't have to be a member of our Board.
