Our board meetings are designed to suit your busy life! We hold seven mandatory meetings per year, blending online and face-to-face sessions to keep things both effective and enjoyable.

Who Are We Looking For?

We’re seeking individuals with:

• A genuine interest in youth work and community development.
• Skills or experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Finance: Help keep our budgets on track and support financial planning.
  • Human Resources (HR): Assist in creating a positive environment for our talented team.
  • Governance: Ensure we meet the highest standards of accountability and transparency.
  • Health and Safety: Help us maintain a safe and supportive environment for staff, young people, and families.

What’s Involved?

As part of the Board, you’ll contribute to the strategic direction of a well-established community project, and you’ll be involved in meaningful work that’s also fun and rewarding. From brainstorming innovative fundraising ideas to ensuring the smooth running of operations.

Our work is funded through The City of Dublin Youth Services, Canal Communities Local Drugs Task Force, and fundraising efforts.
