Government Appointment to the General Assembly of the Irish Red Cross

Under Statutory Instrument 133 of 2012 the Government may nominate three members to the General Assembly of the Irish Red Cross Society.  Nominations are brought to Government by the Minister for Defence.  Currently one of those three positions requires to be filled.

In that context the Irish Red Cross have indicated that they require an individual with board-level experience in the areas of finance and audit.
