Director with HR experience

The role would involve providing support to the centre manager with HR related issues such as interviewing new staff/volunteers/interns. This director would also be asked to assist with reviewing centre policies around HR areas and helping to ensure that the GFRC remains compliant with all best practise and new legislation in this field.

All directors of the board are required to adhere to best practise in terms of good governance and compliance, while giving of their time and skills to make a real impact in the community.
