Company Secretary & Board Member

We are seeking a volunteer experienced in Irish Charity Governance and with Company Secretarial Experience. We have two aims in mind:

(i) We have a talented but time scarce board. We are seeking a Board Member who will manage the organisation of Board Meetings, take minutes, and take care of any other Board Compliance matters. 

(ii) We need help organising regional volunteers.  We have volunteers in every county in Ireland, and wish to create a governance structure to assist in the scaling of our volunteer network. We hope to have some volunteers step up to chairing county and regional volunteer meetings. For this, we need someone willing to help train and provide advice to volunteers taking these roles.
