We are looking for an articulate, perceptive Company Secretary to sit on our Board and work together with our advisors, Arts Governance and CEO to ensure that CoisCéim is a transparent leader in compliance and good governance.

GOVERNANCE SUMMARY | The Board of CoisCéim Dance Theatre has an oversight function and a strategic development focus. Board Members of CoisCéim Dance Theatre serve a 3-year term, renewable to a maximum of 7 years. CoisCéim is a registered charity, and this is a voluntary, unpaid position. The Board of Directors meets five/six times per year plus the AGM. Working groups are convened as and when required and Board members are expected to contribute to the ongoing development of the organisation and attend company events where possible.
