Company Secretary

We seek a Company Secretary to join our Board. 

We have a station manager 2 other full time staff and 5 part time. The secretary role will be supported by staff but will include oversight of the registers of shareholders & directors, ensuring good governance including compliance with the Charities Governance Code, and Coimisiun na Meán contract requirements, taking board meeting minutes, making sure correspondence is brought to the attention of the board, ensuring progress with the risk register and strategic plan is tracked.

Our aim is to operate a   radio station whose management and programming is based on community access and participation, and which reflects the special interests and needs of the listenership of the Dublin 15 community that the station is licensed to serve.

92.5 Phoenix FM is a registered charity, is regulated by the Charities Regulator and Coimisiun na Meán with studios  located in the Blanchardstown Centre.

Board members should live or work in Dublin 15.
