Trustee with a finance/auditing background

CEIST (Catholic Education an Irish Schools' Trust) is seeking a charity trustee with a finance/auditing background. If you have experience in this area and would like to play a key role in the Education sector, we are keen to hear from you.

Responsibilities of a charity trustee include the following:

• Complying with the Charities Regulator's governing document
• Ensuring the charity is complying with its charitable purpose for the public benefit
• Acting in the best interest of the charity
• Act with reasonable care and skill
• Managing the assets of the charity
