Board of Trustee with Legal Expertise
At YNR we seek someone with an interest and knowledge in law, particularly relating to contract law, lease agreements and/or HR. Knowedge of Charity governance and an interest in reviewing policy would also be very beneficial to Youth New Ross CLG.
The Board of Trustees meet monthly at Youth New Ross. This role would involve attending monthly evening meetings at Youth New Ross Y34 YH26, or online if required.
The shared responsibilities involved as a Board member are ensuring good governance and compliance, financial security of the company and providing advice and support to the CEO.
