Mullingar Employment Action Group (MEAG) is a community-driven, not-for-profit organization dedicated to combating unemployment since 1986. We provide vital support to local businesses and job seekers, fostering economic growth and entrepreneurship in the region.

MEAG operates two Enterprise Centres that support 26 small and medium enterprises, directly sustaining over 200 jobs:

• Mullingar Community Enterprise Centre (opened in 1991)

• Mullingar Enterprise, Technology & Innovation Centre (opened in 2008)

We also sponsor vocational training and development programs, with approximately 50 participants currently engaged in initiatives such as:

• Job Initiative Programme

• Community Service Programme

• Community Employment Scheme
