As a Board Director/Trustee, you will play a vital role in guiding the organisation's strategic direction and ensuring strong corporate governance and oversight. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as supporting and enhancing the organisation's reputation.
Working closely with the Executive team, the Board helps to drive the organisation's strategic goals, which are underpinned by Sunbeam's vision, mission, and values.
Successful candidates can expect to attend approximately 8 board meetings per year, with a hybrid meeting model (both online and in-person). Additionally, Board members are expected to serve on one of the subcommittees, which typically meet 3-6 times per year.
